I've had a support ticket open since 12/10/09 but have not heard back on it yet. I wonder if anyone is 'home' at the Trakker Support desk or if 'trial' users do not qualify for support or if they are swamped with support issues from customers... I guess I should continue my search for an asset tracking package.
