Trakker Software Partner/VAR Program Explanation

Are some of your website visitors small to mid sized businesses? Many of these visitors would be interested in one or more Trakker Software products. You can refer them and earn fee commission on any resulting sales.

The Trakker Software Affiliate Program is simple and free to join. Simply place Trakker Software product images and links on your website that contain a unique affiliate code created for you. We will provide product information to help you communicate the benefits of such products but you decide how much or how little information you provide on your website.

Each time one of your web visitors clicks through to www.trackitsoftware.com and such linking results in a sale within 30 days you will receive a fee/commission of 10% of the sale (excluding shipping/handling and applicable taxes).

How is Reselling different from being a Trakker Software Affiliate?

Being a Reseller involves actively selling, marketing, and providing advice based on an in depth knowledge of products. If you do not have the time or expertise to perform all of these activities but still want to make money from the promotion and sale of Trakker Software products, then this Affiliate Program is right for you.

What does it cost to join?

The only thing you spend is a little bit of time to add Trakker Software product images to your web site and as much or little product information as you wish (Using provided web ready information). As soon as changes are in effect on your website you can expect to earn fees/commissions.

How are sales tracked from my site? What is a qualifying sale?

We will provide you an Affiliate link for all images, banners and text content for your website. When a prospective customer clicks through to Trackitsoftware.com, your companies 'link code' comes with them. When/if they make a purchase this 'link code' is identified electronically and tagged onto the customer information we collect. We maintain a full record of all potential customer for a minimum of 30 days so if a purchase is made within 30 days and the customer has your affiliate id code attached then you will be paid 10% of the sale made (not paid on shipping/handling or applicable taxes). We'll pay accrued fees/commissions quarterly. You are not required to do any book keeping or tracking since your affiliate account area on our site will track clickthroughs and resulting sales automatically. Obviously we really do want to see you earn fees/commissions as that the only way to keep you as an affiliate.

Responsibilities of Affiliate and Trakker Software

Affiliate Roles

• Content - Affiliate may only use approved web content to provide the end user with guidance needed to make an informed purchase decision. A 'Kit' will be provided to approved affiliates containing code, copy, and image resources to be used in part or whole to create a good customer experience.
• Back Link - In addition to the product links (used to track affiliate referrals and resulting commision on sales), the affiliate must also provide a link from their site to the Trackitsoftware.com web site home page in order to fulfill their obligations as a Trakker Software Affiliate member.

Trakker Software Roles

• Transact purchase - If the affiliate web user decides to buy or try, they will click a link on the Affiliate site (usually a product image or link) and be directed to the Trakker Software shopping cart/Website. Trakker Software will then transact the purchases if any are made.
• Sales tracking - Trakker Software will track and credit purchases initiated through Affiliate web site. Affiliates are provided a unique tracking code for all links that direct the customer to Trakker Software's shopping cart. All tracking will be done transparent to the customer; no coupon or promotion code is required. At the time the prospective customer requests either to download or purchase software a cross reference to this customer and the referring affiliate is created, and kept for 30 days. If at any time during the 30 day review period a sale is completed the referring affiliate will be credit with a fee/commission. (see exception below)
• Exception - In rare instances a potential customer may be referred to Trakker Software, at different times, by different Affiliates. Our system is set so that the most recent visit and download of program is tagged to an affiliate and the most affiliate most recently linked at time of purchase will be the one credited with the sale and receiving fee/commission based on that sale.

How do I sign up for the Partner/VAR Program?

Select the Affiliate Application link from the Partner/VAR Program box in the left panel. Fill out the application and review the Trakker Software Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an email from our Trakker Software product manager to start things happening.
