Why have we made our program so it only works with the Microvision ROV laser barcode scanners? (Microvision ROV scanners support coming soon)

When Microvision in Washington State came out with their range of ROV laser barcode scanners we were thrilled. The size, price and features they incorporated were exactly what our customers were waiting for. However, there were no asset tracking software titles on the market that took advantage of the ROV Scanner features, specifically its internal memory. Everyone was using expensive hand held computers or dumb scanners with their software. We put 2 and 2 together with vision and a lot of work to arrive at our Trakker family of programs.

How can we provide the same or better product for less money?

By using the latest software development tools, using the Internet to lower sales costs and because we have low overhead. Cressman Consultants Limited has been in business for 25 years now, own our building, we pay up front for everything, and we do not have to satisfy bankers or shareholders.

Most if not all of our competitors do charge more than we do, a lot more in many cases. Why charge less than we could?

The reason we have spent a great deal of money, sweat, tears and time developing the management software we offer is to support our existing customers. We were embarrassed at letting down our customers who kept asking us for something better than they could find. Yes, price was something they were also concerned about. The commitment we made was to provide the highest possible value, at the lowest possible cost.
